Consent to the processing of personal data

5.2. Processing may be carried out with or without automated means.

5.3. The Operator takes the necessary organisational and technical measures to protect personal data from unlawful access.

6. Term of consent

6.1. The consent is valid from the moment it is given until the purposes of processing are achieved or until the user withdraws it.

6.2. The user may withdraw consent at any time by sending a written request to the Operator's email. After withdrawal, the Operator stops processing and deletes the personal data within the period set by law.

7. Rights of the data subject

The user has the right to access their personal data and to have it corrected, blocked or deleted, as well as to withdraw consent and appeal the Operator's actions to the authorised body (Roskomnadzor).

8. Disclosure to third parties

8.1. The Operator does not disclose personal data to third parties, except in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
